		<description><![CDATA[<p>Have we officially jumped off the bandwagon or are there still some of us Padre fans left believing this could be turned around?</p><p>Brian Giles finally hits his first home run, albeit after 95 at bats, yet the right fielder is still only hitting .158.&nbsp; Can we finally call Portland and call up Will Venable or Chad Huffman or, heck, I'll take the hot hitting Kyle Blanks who hasn't even played one competetive game in the outfield yet.&nbsp; But he'd give more of an output than Giles has thus far.</p><p>I'm also done with the Padres' bullpen, or lack thereof.&nbsp; I'm curious why Bud Black continues to go with Luke Gregerson, Edwin Moreno and Edward Mujica, not to mention Duaner Sanchez, when Heath Bell hasn't pitched since Apr. 28th?&nbsp; Lest we forget, Bell was the Padres' premier set up man the past few seasons, he can still hold a lead with the best of them.</p><p><a href="http://www.sandiegopadresnews.com/texasfriar/weblog/7180/calling-all-fans.html">Continue reading "Calling All Fans"</a></p>]]></description>
